Elite Music Services was set up in 2003 by guitarist Mark Bateson and vocalist / drummer Paul Stuart Davies as they both felt that a realistic music tuition experience was not widely available in the Lancashire area.

Paul and Mark believe that to truly learn the craft of being a musician, as well as tuition, the student should have opportunities to perform and record. Performing live and studio recording both play a big part in lessons at Elite Music Services. To date, there have been twelve "Student Showcase" concerts and two albums of original songs. Students of Elite Music Services have also performed in clubs, at music festivals and even on local radio. Rockschool grade exams are held annually, allowing students to gain qualifications in their instrument.

Paul and Mark find running Elite Music Services extremely rewarding and the enthusiasm for making music is shared by tutors and students alike.

As members of the musicians union, Elite Music Services hold public liability insurance. Our tutors are also qualified music facilitators; details of which can be found on our tuition pages.
